We’re a consultancy business dedicated to improving the quality of care services.
Arbitrium Consultancy was established in 2020 by Natalie Dugdale, our Managing Director.
Natalie has been privileged to work within the health & social care industry for over 30 years. She has a clinical background, after qualifying as a Registered Adult Nurse in 1995, and still holds registration with the NMC. Natalie is extremely passionate about providing and supporting excellent care. Her clinical background, along with her compliance and regulatory knowledge has played a pivotal part in supporting care providers to achieve their business goals.
Through Natalie’s ambition and drive to enable safe and quality care, Arbitrium Consultancy was established. Arbitrium means “the power to choose”.
Our team of Associate Consultants all have a wealth of industry experience and come from clinical, managerial, and training backgrounds across health and social care. Having previously held senior-level roles, our Consultants are matched to provide the skill set that your business requires.
We work with a range of care providers, including: –
- Home Care
- Care Home (residential & nursing)
- Supported Living
- Complex / Specialist Care
Our team can provide various levels of support, for example, some of our clients require input for a couple of hours and others may want support for several months. We can offer both and anything in between.
Our pricing structure is either per hour or per day, again depending on the support required.
